Join Tara, Grounding Expert & Tantra Guide, in a 5 night wild & primal jungle journey in the eco-lodge beach side River Dream House Congo Bongo in Manzanillo, Costa Rica. We will utilize ceremony, breath work, forest bathing, Gaia's elemental wisdom, dance, jade egg, mediation, earth & energy healing, Cacao Ceremony AND more. About Your Guide
Tara L. Skubella is a Level 4 Certified Tantra Guide and 200 hr Tantra/ Kundalini Yoga instructor. She has worked with women in group retreats & workshops, as well as one-on-one private sessions since 2015. Her personal journey with Tantra work empowered her to leave an unhealthy marriage by connecting her to self - allowing her to rediscover her own sexual energy and femininity. Since birthing Earth Tantra in 2015, Tara’s work has reached 1,000s of students. Tara has been featured in Parade, Insider, Bustle, Mashable, and Swell and has presented Tantra and healing with nature practices at various conferences like Loving More, Women's Wilderness, Women of Wisdom and others.

Is this retreat clothed?
Yes, this retreat is clothed. Bringing a sarong is highly encouraged, as it's hot in Costa Rica this time of year.
What if I'm a little uncomfortable?
Each practice and session is always presented with options to adapt to each person's comfort level. Comfort is a priority and we grow upon each practice step by step to ensure an introduction for deepening connection with your partner.
What can I bring?
Comfortable warm and hot weather clothing, white ceremonial clothing, Goddess Ceremonial clothing, sarong, swim suit AND one meaningful item (quote or poem) to share on our alter - you will receive the item back. A more detailed list will be e-mailed out a few of weeks before the retreat.
What about transportation and airport transfers? IMPORTANT
Arrive in San Jose on Feb 15th to stay the night, as transportation (plane and shuttle) typically leaves early morning from San Jose. If you rent a car - it takes 5-6 hours to from San Jose to Samasati. * I've always found it best to arrive the night before and sleep before another day of travel.
Here are 3 recommended places to stay - we will connect everyone through a facebook retreat and travel group. You are welcome and encouraged to connect before the retreat and arrange to possibly meet for a dinner or share a hotel room if called.
